One person dead after motorcycle collision

Brant OPPOne person dead after motorcycle collision

One person has been pronounced deceased following a single-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on Highway 53 in Brant County Sunday evening.

On Sunday August 14, 2022, at 8:27 p.m., members from Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant Fire Department and Oxford County Paramedic Services responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 53, west of Middle Townline Road in Brant County.

One individual was pronounced deceased after their motorcycle left the roadway resulting in a collision.

The deceased has been identified as 61-year-old Gordon Allan ROSEBRUGH of Brant County.

Highway 53 was closed for approximately five hours while emergency crews and investigators were on scene.
