Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Wednesday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 92 total active cases with 25 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and three people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,464 total confirmed cases, 8,306 total resolved cases and 66 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 1,947 new cases on Wednesday. There are currently 751 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 241 are in intensive care units (ICU).
