Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in the County of Brant.
Officers responded to a report of an incident involving two individuals that had occurred at a residence in the County of Brant at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Monday, September 7, 2026.
As a result of the investigation, a 47-year-old individual from Haldimand County, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with,
- Assault – Spousal
- Mischief – Domestic
The accused was released on an adult undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, on October 23, 2026.
