Brant OPPYouth facing charges after incident with dirt bike

Members from the Brant County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint regarding Off Road Vehicles (ORV) in Brant County.

A member of the public reported that youth were operating “dirt bikes” while performing stunts in Scotland at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Thursday August 27, 2026.

As a result of the investigation a 14-year-old resident of Brant County has been charged with the following offences:

·      Unlawfully Drive Off Road Vehicle on Highway

·      Fail to Identify Self

·      Operate Motor Vehicle with No Licence

·      Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt
