A driver is facing Impaired charges after police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
Brant County OPP were called to 403 Highway West, east of Muir Road to investigate a single motor vehicle collision in the County of Brant at approximately 9:18 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
Police charged Blake RUSSELL 20-years-old, of Mississauga, Ontario with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Brantford on February 27, 2026.
