Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.
On January 31, 2025, at approximately 10:44 am, Brant County OPP responded to a report of threatening messages to a resident of the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old individual from Brant County was charged under the Criminal Code with Uttering Threats.
The accused was held for Bail Court and latter remanded and held in custody until his next court date.
