CrimeOhsweken woman facing Impaired Driving charges

Six Nations Police were advised of a suspicious vehicle call at a local business on Third Line Road at approximately 3:08 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

Police arrived on scene and observed the vehicle parked with the windows down and a female asleep in the driver’s seat. While speaking with the female, impairment was suspected. An Approved Screening Device (ASD) was issued, which resulted in a fail. 

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged Amber WHITE (41-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario with the following criminal offences: 

– Impaired-Operation 

– Alcohol per se Offence “80 plus” 

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario at a later date. The vehicle was impounded for seven days.
