Two people charged after stolen vehicle located

Six Nations Police have charged two individuals after being found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle.  

On Monday, September 1, 2025, at approximately 1:35 a.m., while on general patrol, members of the Six Nations Police observed a parked motor vehicle on the roadway on Onondaga Road. Police approached the vehicle and spoke with the female driver of the vehicle, who advised police that the vehicle was experiencing mechanical issues. A male passenger was also located inside the vehicle. Throughout the investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was reported stolen from another local police service.  

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged Sydni Forman  (27-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario with the following criminal offences: 

– Possession over $5,000 

– Fail to Comply with Release Order – Other Than to Attend Court x 4 

Police have also arrested and charged Lance Bomberry (42-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario with the following criminal offences: 

– Occupant of Motor Vehicle without Consent 

– Fail to Comply with Release Order – Other Than to Attend Court x 2 – Breach Probation 

Both accused were held in custody pending a formal bail hearing.
