Break and Enter suspect arrested in County of Brant

Brant OPPBreak and Enter suspect arrested in County of Brant

Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a business alarm sounding at a commercial property on Garden Avenue in the County of Brant at approximately 6:20 a.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025.

Upon searching the building, police located an individual on the property. Following investigation, officers determined that the male was not authorized to be in the building and had forcibly gained entry.

As a result, Shakh SANNU, a 26-year-old male, with no fixed address, has been charged with:

  • Break and Enter
  • Mischief Under $5,000

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
