Six Nations Police charge Ancaster man with multiple firearm offences

CrimeSix Nations Police charge Ancaster man with multiple firearm offences

One individual was arrested and charged with numerous firearm offences. 

On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at approximately 2:02 p.m., it was reported to the Six Nations Police that a firearm had been pointed at an individual.

The victim reported that a verbal altercation occurred on August 18, 2025, on Seneca Road  at a warehouse. A firearm was discharged, and minor injuries were reported as a result of a projectile. Currently there is no risk to public safety as it is believed to be an isolated incident. 

As result of this investigation, Police have arrested and charged Andrew HADADDIN (34-years-old) of Ancaster, Ontario with the following offences:

– Firearm pointing 

– Possession for a Dangerous purpose 

– Assault with a weapon 

– Firearm: unauthorized possession 

– Firearm: knowledge of unauthorized possession 

– Uttering threats – death or bodily harm x2 

– Firearm, weapon, ammunition, careless use 

The accused will be held in custody pending a formal bail hearing.
