Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single-vehicle collision on West Quarter Townline Road, within the County of Brant at approximately 4:43 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025.
As a result of the investigation, one individual was taken into custody.
Police have charged Michael WALKER, 58-years-old, of Brantford, with the following offences under the Criminal Code:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol
- Operation While Impaired – BAC 80+
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on August 15, 2025.
