Brantford Fire Department to host Hot Summer Nights

City of BrantfordBrantford Fire Department to host Hot Summer Nights

Brantford Fire Department released the dates for their 2025 Hot Summer Nights, which are free events throughout July and August for families to cool off with a fire truck sprinkler, freezies, and to learn about fire safety.

“Every year, we look forward to hosting these family friendly events as a way for the community to stay cool and learn about fire safety,” said Todd Binkley, Fire Chief for the City of Brantford.

Hot Summer Nights includes a fire truck sprinkler and free freezies for attendees while quantities last. Fire Prevention staff will also be available to educate families about fire safety. These events will take place on Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • July 8 at Orchard Park, 29 Brisbane Boulevard
  • July 15 at Holmedale Park, 331 Grand River Ave
  • July 22 at Central Park, 143 George Street
  • July 29 at Walter Gretzky Park, 379 Blackburn Drive
  • August 5 at Tranquility Park, 135 Francis Street
