Brant OPPWoodstock resident facing charges after being in possession of stolen vehicle

One individual was arrested and is facing charges after the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received an automated licence plate reader (ALPR) hit for a stolen vehicle on Saturday, April 26, 2025,

A Brant OPP officer was patrolling a local parking lot, when the officer received an ALPR hit on a licence plate for a stolen vehicle. The investigation confirmed the vehicle was stolen and a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and cocaine were located inside the vehicle.

Cathelina Antonissen, 40-years-old of Woodstock, Ontario is charged with the following:

  • CC Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • CDSA Possession of a schedule 1 substance

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 19, 2025.
