Members of the Brant County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a traffic complaint at a business on Pinehurst Road in Paris.

Officers responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver in a parking lot on Pinehurst Road at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

Officers located the vehicle and conducted an investigation. As a result of the investigation, Arshheer BARIANA, 24-years-old, of Brant County, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Prohibited
  • Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand
  • Obstruct Peace Officer

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on April 10, 2025.
