Brant OPPOPP seek assistance in identifying theft suspects

Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a distraction theft that occurred just after noon on March 18, 2025, at a business on Grand River Street North in Paris.

An elderly female was shopping when she was targeted by a male and female suspect. The suspects distracted the victim and successfully stole her wallet. The theft was captured on store security cameras, and investigators are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the individuals involved.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information related to this incident is asked to contact the Brant OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
