Six Nations Police were advised of a motor vehicle collision on Chiefswood Road at approximately 6:05 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

Police arrived on scene and observed three vehicles, all with heavy damage, blocking the roadway. All drivers were assessed by EMS at the scene and one driver was transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries.

Police spoke with the driver’s involved and were advised that a truck was travelling northbound on Chiefswood Road when it collided with two other vehicles. Throughout the investigation, police learned that the driver of the truck was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle. No signs of impairment were observed on any of the  drivers.  

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged Bradley Mt. Pleasant (48-years-old) of Hagersville, ON with the following criminal offences:

– Operation while Prohibited x 2  

– Drive while Under Suspension  

– Careless Driving  

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario on March 21, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
