The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release. 

Adrian MATTHEWS, is described as an male Caucasian, 26 years of age, 5’7″ (170 cm), 176 lbs (80 kgs) with brown curly hair and brown eyes. He usually has facial hair. 

He is serving a 2 year and 5 month sentence for Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x2. 

The offender is known to frequent the Cities of Brantford, Courtland and Simcoe, ON.
