The County of Brant Fire Department will be holding controlled burns at two locations on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
The burns will take place at 1034 Powerline Line Road and 1036 Powerline Road in Paris.
“Controlled burns allow the opportunity for new recruits to train in a real-life setting,” said Fire Chief Darren Watson. “They also provide additional training to both experienced firefighters and Fire Safety Officers.”
Residents are asked to avoid the area as multiple trucks will be in operation.
