Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in the County of Brant.
On January 26, 2025, at approximately 1:01 p.m., OPP members responded to a report of an assault at a residence within the municipality.
As a result of the investigation, a 27-year-old individual from the County of Brant was charged under the Criminal Code with Assault – Spousal.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
