A driver is facing Impaired charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP.
An officer conducted a traffic stop on Colborne Street East at White Swan Road in the County of Brant at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 26-year-old driver, Htoo Nay MOO from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code charges:
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Dangerous operation
Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on December 4, 2026.
