On Sunday, November 14, 2021, at approximately 3:30 a.m., patrol officers with the Brantford Police Service observed a motor vehicle travelling aggressively and at a high rate of speed on Wellington Street towards Market Street. 
The vehicle was then observed turning northbound on Market Street, then eastbound on Chatham Street, failing to stop at three fully marked stop signs located at the intersections of Chatham Street and George Street, George Street and Sheridan Street, and George Street and Grey Street. 
At approximately 3:35 a.m., Police stopped the motor vehicle by blocking it in the area of Grey Street and Charlotte Street. 
The sole occupant of the vehicle, the male driver, was placed under arrest for Dangerous Operation. 
Search incident to arrest revealed the accused was in possession of the following:
•Approximately 3.7 grams of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of $370,  
•A small quantity of suspected percocet pills, with an estimated street value of $70, and
•Drug paraphernalia
As a result of the investigation a 21-year-old male from Brantford, stands charged with the following: 
•Dangerous Operation – contrary to the Criminal Code 
•2x Possession of a Controlled Substance – contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
