The Brantford Rod and Gun Club is hosting it’s 11th annual Eco Conference on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, from 9 am to 3 pm.
The event is a free environment and conservation awareness seminar focused on Brantford, Brant County and the Grand River watershed.
The conference will feature 3 key note speakers, including:
Trent Meyers, Forestry Supervisor and Forestry Officer for the County of Brant; Gerald Tetreault, Research Scientist in the Aquatic Contaminant Research Division of Environment and Climate Change Canada; and Jack Imhof, former National Biologist and Director of Conservation Ecology for Trout Unlimited Canada (TUC) now Freshwater Conservation Canada (FCC).
The event will also feature 10 local environmental/outdoor organizations including:
