Brant OPPScotland man facing Operation while Impaired charge

A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP.

Officers were called to attend Oakland Road regarding a driver suspected of being impaired, in the County of Brant at 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

Brant County OPP conducted a traffic stop with the suspected vehicle.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 50-year-old, Todd COOPER from Scotland, with the following Criminal Code offence, Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 23, 2026.
